Lifetime Warranty and Store Policies

Lifetime Warranty Terms and Conditions:

All jewelry products manufactured by Zadamer Jewelry, are guaranteed by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

Zadamer Jewelry will replace or repair (at our discretion) without cost to our customers any item manufactured by Zadamer Jewelry found to be defective as a result of defective material or workmanship. We will even cover damage caused by normal wear and tear including worn out hinges and wear to anodize colors or finish/polish of the jewelry.

The warranty does not cover product loss or theft or intentional damage.

Order Fulfillment Policy

All purchased items are custom fabricated per order there is a current production lead time of 10-12 Weeks on orders. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. You can check on the status of your order at any time by sending an email to info@zadamerjewelry.com. You can also cancel your order at any time and for any reason. We appreciate your business and your patience.

Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged and unworn product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Due to the sanitary nature of our products and business we absolutely CANNOT accept returns on worn or opened items!
